If you purchased a LIFETIME membership prior to 8/22/2014 but do not seem to only free member access after logging in, it is likely that we have two separate accounts for you:
1. Your normal contact email address
2. Your payment (likely PayPal) email address

Please submit a ticket and include your PayPal email address and approximate date of purchase (if known) and we will merge your accounts for you to your normal contact email address.
